The EasyOn version of the Men’s Metcon 9 training shoe features Nike’s FlyEase technology, with a unique, flexible heel that collapses when you step into it, then snaps back into place. Other key features are shared with the rest of the Metcon 9 line, including a larger Hyperlift plate in the heel for even greater stability during split squats, deadlifts, and other lower body exercises; plus an extension of the rubber side wrap for improved rope climb support and durability. Lightweight mesh helps to limit sweat and moisture, but is still built tough enough to withstand everyday scrapes, slashes, and quick-drag movements. The breathable textile of the Metcon 9 also features a haptic print, which adds texture in a 3-D effect, helping make it easier to keep your shoes clean. A dual-density midsole—firm foam on the outside, soft foam on the inside—ensures responsive cushioning for continuous cardio movements, and flexible support is engineered into the toe area, so that when your toes splay when lifting heavy weights, it won’t feel restrictive.
