These knee sleeve pairs from Hookgrip are made from a rubber / spandex / nylon blend material designed in two strong, supportive layers for a durable combination of warmth and support throughout your workout. The sleeves also offer enough flex for consistent comfort and a free range of motion. Customers can choose from three size options for their Double Layer Knee Sleeves:
- XS/S: 4.3” width (at narrowest), 8.85” length (at center), 45-70 KG recommended weight
- M/L: 5.1” width (at narrowest), 10” length (at center), 60-100 KG recommended weight
- XL/2XL: 5.9” width (at narrowest), 10.8” length (at center), 90-125 KG recommended weight
Please Note: According to the manufacturer Hookgrip, a very tall person (for their bodyweight) should tend towards smaller sizes and people who are short for their weight should consider using a larger size. If you’re short for your weight, they don’t recommend erring on the size of tight sleeves, as your legs could be too big for the sleeves to be comfortable — for example, a shorter individual with large legs at 70kg would find the XS/S to be quite tight. So please use the size ranges in combination with your height and body type to make a decision on sizing.

The Rx Carbon Black Knee Sleeve offers a new low-profile, tac-style design with all the same great benefits of Rehband’s widely trusted SBR/Neoprene sleeves. Available here in a 7mm thick model, this maximum support option delivers consistent soft tissue compression, warmth, and receptive input to the muscles and joints. Used regularly during workouts, the sleeve can help reduce common knee pain and swelling while improving overall stability and coordination. Carbon Black Knee Sleeves were developed with feedback from leading athletes, as well as members of the military, police and rescue units. Along with helping to prevent common knee discomfort, they can also assist anyone recovering from a knee injury, as well as high-intensity athletes (Strongman, cross-training, etc.) who may want to work on their form without over-stressing their knee joints during squats, Oly lifts, etc. The 7mm sleeve is also approved for use in competitions sanctioned by the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF).

Thin, flexible, and comfortable, Hookgrip Knee Sleeves are designed for basic compression—keeping the knees warm and promoting blood flow during a workout. For Version 2.0, Hookgrip has addressed user feedback by slightly reducing the length of each sleeve, creating a firmer fit across three different sizes (see Fit Guide). With this in mind, customers who’ve worn original Hookgrip Knee Sleeves in the past may want to consider moving up a size with this model. Hookgrip Knee Sleeves aren’t designed to deliver the protective support of some thicker sleeves and knee wraps, but the light blend of nylon, rubber, and spandex makes them a good compression option that won’t limit your range of motion.

Developed and tested by Brian Shaw and the team at Evolution Athletics, Xtreme Power Knee Sleeves are made from 7mm thick neoprene and include two removable straps (made from elastic and elastic-Velcro) for a uniquely precise, adjustable fit. “When you put the sleeve on, you can choose how tight these straps will lock down, creating the tension you want,” Shaw explains. “So for example if you have some patella pain, you can lock down the lower strap and make it very tight, and hopefully that will alleviate some of that pain or inflammation for you. The same thing would be applicable if you locked down the upper strap to help with lower quad pain.” Even if you’re pain/injury free, Xtreme Power Knee Sleeves give strength athletes the ability to quickly adjust their knee support depending on the type of workout or event they’re doing. It’s easy to go from basic, comfortable compression to an extremely supportive sleeve on heavyweight lifts, as the Xtremes can provide maximal rebound in seconds just by cranking down on the adjustable straps, both above and below the joint.
