The “FlyEase” variation of Nike’s Metcon 8 men’s cross-training shoe features a unique, flexible heel that allows you to step into the shoe without using your hands; the heel collapses when you step in, then snaps back into place to secure the foot. Because it’s part of the Metcon 8 series, the rest of the FlyEase’s specs are similarly engineered to the demands of championship athletes. This includes a lighter upper with improved airflow, React foam for optimal comfort and cushioning, grooves in the sole to let your forefoot bend naturally, and lock-down lace tabs to prevent untying during high-intensity training. The shoe’s wide flexible heel also has an inner plate that distributes weight from edge to edge for added stability, while rubber wraps along the arch offer better traction on rope climbs. Lightweight mesh and strategically textured overlays help keep your feet cool without sacrificing durability, and flywire cables integrate with the laces to secure the midfoot. These straps are made in the USA and sold in pairs. They’re available here in black with exclusive Rogue branding. One size fits most users. How to Use: Rogue’s Heavy Duty Figure 8 Lifting Straps are worn by placing the wrist through one loop, swinging the other loop under the barbell, then putting your wrist through the second loop. This secures the bar in place, reducing stress on the grip / wrists. Both the bar and strap will need to be gripped firmly before performing a lift.

If you want to work on heavier lifts without worrying about your grip, this is the simple, dependable solution. Sold in pairs, each Ohio Lifting Strap measures 20" in length and 1.5" in width, with a single closed loop at one end and a carefully sewn off edge at the other to prevent fraying. Please Note: While the Ohio Lifting Straps are designed to sustain regular heavyweight, high intensity use, it’s still always wise to inspect both straps carefully for any wear and tear before attempting a lift.
